Thanks to the girls in the office for putting up with my endless questions and phone calls. Thank you Don, for putting it all together for us and your patience. Above all - THANK YOU for sending us Judson. Not only did my husband and I take a tremendous liking to him but he amazed me with his ability and work ethic. He is an employee to be proud of. Your crew arrived on time, they were efficient, professional, experienced and worked very well together to remove a piece of furniture that could have been a challenge and transported it in an easy, careful and proficient manner. Their working well together surely saved me money on an hourly rate and the job was completed with the least amount of fuss. Even when a part gave them a little trouble reassembling, they worked together with patience and diligence. Earl, Terry and Timmy were perfect gentlemen, good-natured and highly professional. Dear American Movers team,

I have moved many times in my life and have seldom encountered a professional mover with as much skill as your crew. I had a very narrow driveway and was amazed that the driver took one look at it before deftly maneuvering the truck (as if it were a silly little SUV!) into place. This brought the doors of the truck closer to my apartment door, cutting down on the amount of time spent loading, thus shortening my day and lowering the cost of an already reasonable move (just a bit, but every little bit helps!). The crew was very polite and professional, and treated my items with care.

Your office staff is also phenomenal. I called around to get other estimates and couldn't believe how hard it was to get a hold of some companies. When I called you, I didn't have to deal with a complicated voice mail system or a phantom behind an answering machine - real people took my call! They were not only very knowledgeable but even managed to make me laugh.

Thanks again for everything. I will recommend you around my office and to my friends.
